• Gift card data: only after you accept a quote — card number and PIN, submitted via a secure one-time form.
• Payment data (for any difference owed): processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Operational logs: request timestamps, IP address (for fraud prevention), and email correspondence.

2. How we use it

• To place the retailer order you approved and ship items to your address.
• To send you quotes, receipts, tracking, and support replies.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful gift card use.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Gift card data retention

Gift card numbers and PINs are deleted after the order is fulfilled. Until then they are stored encrypted and accessed only by the team member fulfilling your order.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the retailer (to place your order), our payment processor (for any out-of-pocket portion), and shipping carriers as needed. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for sensitive data, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you promptly.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
