How do you handle my gift card details?
After you accept your quote, we send a one-time secure link to submit the card number and PIN. We use them once for your order, then delete them after fulfillment.
What if my card balance doesn't cover the order?
No problem — most retailers accept split payment. The gift card covers what it can; you pay the difference and our service fee on a regular debit/credit card.
What if you can't fulfill the order?
Full refund — service fee included. If a card is already redeemed, the retailer's refund policy returns the value to it.
